This quality 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse is in a delightful position overlooking a garden area and the 33 metre pool. Just 50 metres away are 2 FREE tennis courts and the fairway.

The house is in a quiet road of Villas and Townhouses with parking for one car under the pergola covered drive in the front garden.

Please note that this is a house NOT AN APARTMENT IN A BLOCK, WITH LIFTS, UNDERGROUND PARKING WITH A SMALLER TERRACE OR BALCONY.

Furnished to the very highest of standards, this is more a home than the normal holiday let.

Fully centrally heated for those chilly winter nights with air conditioning in the lounge and powerful ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

You will see from my feedback, WHICH CAN BE VERIFIED, that the house and its position is second to none.

The very large "PRIVATE" upstairs terrace, has a quality table and 4 chairs, a BBQ, 4 loungers and potted plants. Access is via the landing or the sliding patio doors from the delightful bedroom with its kingsize bed.

The downstairs patio has a table and 4 chairs.

Both overlook the garden and pool and have outside lighting, for dining al fresco.

All the furniture is quality solid wood and leather. A 32" LCD Flat Screen television and DVD are provided for those nights in.

For laptop owners, theres an internet connection to the house phone with an Ethernet cable (not supplied)

The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, oven with grill and 4 ring ceramic hob, cafetiere, toaster, sandwich maker etc.

The downstairs bathroom is next to the second bedroom and has a bidet, shower cubicle, toilet and sink, with mirror and lights over with a shaving point.

The main bathroom is next to the Master bedroom and has a full bath with shower over with glass screen, bidet, toilet, sink with mirror and lights over and a shaving point. In the cupboard under the sink, you will find a hair dryer.

For golfers, I can offer my "owners discount" which amounts to approximately 25% off fees. I am happy to book the golf for you if required.

The course at La Torre is 18 holes and was designed by Jack Nicklaus.
A FREE coach runs by timetable to 4 other Polaris courses and the furthest away is 20 minutes.

As you would expect on a 5 STAR luxury golf course, there are an abundance of flowers, palm trees and beautifully cut lawns.

25% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED - BALANCE DUE 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO HOLIDAY.
A "security deposit" of £100 is required to cover  breakages, loss of keys etc  and is FULLY REFUNDED within 3 - 5 days  after a house check at the end of the holiday, assuming all is OK
