PRICES & TERMS
Payment Terms.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, cheque or via my paypal account.
Deposits.
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
The outstanding balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
An additional fee of 70 euros is payable on arrival to the key holder to cover the costs of thorough cleaning of the property, washing and ironing.
A security deposit of £100 is required to cover the cost of any major damage/breakages loss of keys etc and is refunded within 7 days after an inspection of the property at the end of your stay.

PRICES WILL VARY ACCORDING TO TIME OF YEAR.
Occasionally, there will be "special offers" to fill the odd weeks and prices are slightly dearer over the Christmas and New Year periods.
There are no increases during school holiday periods or Bank Holidays. That's a first !
